How to Enter:

Two Ways to Enter:

  1. In-Store Entry: Each purchase of $10 at our store locations
  2. Online Entry: Enter free at HometownFlips.com/drawing (no purchase necessary)

Entry Requirements:

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Typically our drawings are held quarterly

Eligibility

Who Can Enter:

  • Open to legal residents of Minnesota
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
  • Must provide valid email address for contact purposes

Who Cannot Enter:

  • Employees, staff members, contractors, and volunteers of Hometown Flips
  • Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of excluded persons
  • Household members of excluded persons

Prize Details

  • Prize awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee
  • No cash substitution or alternative prizes
  • Winner responsible for any applicable taxes

Drawing and Winner Selection

Drawing Process:

  • Conducted by an independent third party
  • Winner selected through random drawing of all eligible entries
  • Winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of drawing
  • Winner must respond within 7 days to claim prize

Prize Claim:

  • Winner must provide valid photo ID matching entry information
  • Prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification
  • If prize is not claimed within 30 days, an alternate winner will be selected

General Terms

No Purchase Necessary: A purchase is not required to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase chances of winning.

Odds of Winning: Depend on total number of eligible entries received.

Privacy: Email addresses collected will be used for contest administration and may be added to our marketing list, and may be shared with our marketing partners.

Limitation of Liability: Hometown Flips is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any other issues beyond our reasonable control.

Contest Modification: Hometown Flips reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this contest if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of Minnesota.

Contests are void where prohibited by law.
